nØir only delivers to metropolitan France.
Delivery Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Orders under €50: shipping costs applicable at the time of order
- Orders of €50 or more: free shipping
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package in real-time.
Unreceived Order
If you have not received your order within the indicated timeframe, please contact us by email with your order number. We will do what is necessary to assist you.
