Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your item without having to provide a reason.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, the returned product must be:
- In its original condition
- Unworn and undamaged
- In its original packaging
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- Product received damaged
- Defective product
- Error on our part
In these cases, return shipping costs are fully covered by nØir.
Refund
Once the product is returned and verified, you will be fully refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
