GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of sunglasses on the nØir online store, accessible via our Shopify site.
Article 2 — Products
The products offered are sunglasses, presented with their essential characteristics. The photos are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC). nØir reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of the order.
Article 4 — Order
Any order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The order is confirmed after payment validation. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online securely. Accepted payment methods are indicated at the time of payment. nØir does not store any banking data.
Article 6 — Delivery
Orders are delivered only in mainland France within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery is free for purchases over €50.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of damaged or defective products.
Article 8 — Refund
In the event of an accepted return, the refund will be made in full to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Article 9 — Warranty
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by French law. In case of a defective product, contact us by email with your order number.
Article 10 — Liability
nØir cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of its products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.
Article 11 — Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts will have jurisdiction.
Article 12 — Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law.
